CharityJob opens 2023 funding applications for small charities
03 Oct 2023|
This year CharityJob, the UK’s largest charity job board, will make donations totalling £90,000 to small charities as part of their annual commitment to give back to the sector.
CharityJob has a history of making donations to support the third sector, and last year awarded funds to seven small charities who applied to their charitable giving scheme. This year, they’re donating £90,000 and again inviting members of their sister site, CharityConnect, to apply for a share.
To be eligible, organisations must be a registered charity with 50 or fewer employees. They can apply by filling in this form before the closing date of 13th October. Applications will be reviewed and successful charities notified by 10th November.
“It’s thanks to our valued customers who place their job ads with us that we’re able to make this donation,” says Raya Wexler, co-founder of CharityJob and CharityConnect. “We’re committed to giving back and helping the charity sector thrive – there are so many deserving causes. If you’re a small charity we’d love to consider your application, so please do fill in our form and let us know about your work.”
CharityJob was founded by Raya and Steve Wexler in February 2000 to help align inspiring non-profit organisations with the brightest talent. With more than two decades of experience working at charities themselves, serving the sector has always been at the core of CharityJob’s values. That’s why they give any charity posting a role on their site free access to their recruitment tools, including anonymous recruitment, helping even the smallest charities make their hiring fairer.
