A modular training programme designed exclusively for recruiters, by recruiters. This programme has been developed to help experienced recruiters get to grips with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and give them the skills, tools, and confidence to make recruitment inclusive, accessible, and equitable and effectively partner with clients to support their ED&I journeys. The course includes a 90 min pre-training discovery session with advice, 5 x 2-hour virtual/in-person workshops, branded inclusive recruitment client playbook and a post-training change implementation session. It is designed for groups of up to 15 virtually and 20 in person.
