An introduction to the topic of Diversity, Inclusion and Equity and their relationship with recruitment and talent attraction, designed to help leadership teams understand & prioritise ED&I activity. The course includes a 90 min pre-training discovery session with advice, a 3-hour virtual/in-person workshop and a post-training de-brief, it is designed for groups of up to ten virtually and 20 in person.
