After spending over a decade in corporate roles, I had the outward success — the salary, the targets, the promotions. But inside, I felt empty. It wasn’t until I was put on furlough in 2020 that I realised I was numbing myself with alcohol and avoiding a deeper truth: I wasn’t living a life that mattered.

I left my job, retrained as a therapist, and spent the next three years delivering 2,000+ hours of therapy and performance coaching. This gave me the clarity to see the true issue behind my corporate struggles: a fragmented culture. A culture that left people feeling unseen and unmotivated.

I created the Visionary Leader Program because I believe businesses can only thrive when their culture is healthy. Culture drives growth, performance, and connection. I help leaders create environments where people feel valued, engaged, and motivated, which leads to sustainable success across every part of the business.
