About Me
My mission is to improve recruitment performance through innovative training and thought-provoking coaching.
I have worked the recruitment industry since the mid 2000’s, during which time I’ve been “hands on” in a range of sectors including; Commercial, Construction, Education, Public Sector and Tech.
I’ve been a founding member of start-ups and worked at Director level in a large corporate business.
I am a trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, accredited by Association for Integrative Psychology and NLP underpins the foundation of much of the training that I deliver.

The Billing Manager Leadership Programme
The Billing Manager Leadership Programme is designed so that you have time to learn new skills, implement them, feedback and hone them over a 6-month period.
A combination of live, in-person, group training is combined with 1-2-1 coaching so that you can adapt your new skills to the specific needs of your business.
Each session has a key theme and up to 4 learning modules. Individual and group exercises to cement learning. Groups are formed of a maximum of 12 participants.
