Membership Terms
Definition
RecConnect HQ Ltd is an exclusive network (‘Network’) of recruitment agency leaders. A ‘Leader’ is an owner, founder, director, or significant influence of or within a recruitment agency or staffing business.
Membership Packages
Membership packages can be found via the official RecConnect website.
Membership features, benefits, and fees will be sent to members via email. These details can also be found via the above link.
Membership Period & Payment Terms
Membership packages are based on an initial subscription period of twelve months, recurring thereafter.
Fees
Upfront fees: All membership fees paid upfront automatically recur after 356 days, unless cancelled by either party within 30 days of the renewal date. Payment may be made via Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card. Membership commences once payment has been received.
Monthly fees: Unless otherwise agreed, Membership cannot be cancelled within the first 12 months. Following the initial 12-month term, Membership automatically continues monthly with a three-month written notice period. Membership can cease immediately by paying a one-off fee totalling a three-month term.
Cancellation
Except in the case of unforeseen business bankruptcy, administration or liquidation, the Network reserves the right to undertake appropriate legal action to recover any lost fees, in accordance with these Terms
