Membership Terms
MembersOnly HQ Ltd (Co No 11615268) (trading as RecConnect and Changemakers) is an exclusive network (‘Network’) of recruitment agency leaders and other industry figures (‘Members’ and ‘Member’), whereas ‘Website’ refers to the official ‘Network’ website www.recconnect.co. The Membership Platform (Platform) refers to the Ugenie platform within which main Membership activities occur.
Membership Options
There are two types of Membership packages:
- RecConnect Club
- RecConnect Changemakers
Membership details, including features, benefits and expectations, will be sent to all prospective members via email. These features and benefits can also be found on the Website.
Membership Terms, Fees & Payment Details
RecConnect Club Membership is free.
RecConnect Changemaker Membership is £100 per month for 12-months recurring, or £1,000 upfront for the same period. This fee is paid via Standing Order. Membership commences once payment has been received. In addition, a joining fee of £150 applies to all new or returning members.
Unless otherwise agreed by the Network, Membership cannot be cancelled within the first twelve months. In the case of Changemakers Membership, should there be an unauthorised payment cancellation, the residual amount will be due within 10 working days, as a one-off cancellation payment.
Membership will automatically continue beyond the first twelve-month period, unless payment is cancelled by the Member before the thirteenth payment is due. Beyond the twelve-month period, Changemaker Membership can be cancelled by giving the Network three-months written notice.
Except in the case of unforeseen business bankruptcy, administration or liquidation, the Network reserves the right to undertake appropriate legal action to recover any lost fees, in accordance with these Terms.
Pausing Membership
At the discretion of the Network, and further to written Member request, in the event of financial hardship, absenteeism, medical grounds, or other agreeable incident, Membership may be paused for a period of up to two months. During this time, Membership payments and Membership Platform access will cease. Full membership will resume after the Pause period, unless cancelled by either party. In this instance, should Membership be reinstated at any time beyond cancellation, the joining fee of £150 will be due, in addition to any increased Membership Fees.
