September's Rise of the Digital Workers event confirmed something that’s becoming increasingly difficult to ignore: AI in recruitment has moved beyond the conversation about what might happen next.
It’s happening now.
We spent the afternoon looking at digital workers - AI powered agents capable of taking on work traditionally done by recruiters - and seeing first-hand what tools like Bullhorn Amplify and Coral Starfish can already do.
But perhaps the most interesting part wasn’t the technology itself (although it is impressive!) It was the conversation around what happens when recruiters are freed from more of the sourcing, screening, scheduling and admin that has filled their days for years.
This isn’t really about replacing recruiters. It’s about multiplying what good recruiters are capable of.
A brilliant afternoon, some eye-opening demos and plenty to think about afterwards.
The digital worker isn’t coming.
It’s already clocked in.
Huge thanks to Zack Tsirtos, James Suett, and Elliott Lack for sharing their experience and the excellent demos.
