The old branding wasn't wrong. Corporate blue and black is a perfectly sensible choice - clean, professional, easy to trust. It just wasn't us anymore.
RecConnect was never built for the recruiters happy to coast. It's a club for the ones who want an edge. Serious solo operators and SME leaders who know that running a good business isn't enough on its own, and who'd rather sit in a room with people further ahead than stay comfortable in one that isn't going anywhere. That's always been the community. The original branding never quite said it.
Careful branding suits a business that wants to blend in. We don't want members to blend in. We want them ahead of their game, ahead of the market, ahead of the competitor down the road who's still doing things the way they did five years ago. Brighter, bolder colours match that ambition. They're a signal, not decoration.
And so the logo has changed, too. Capital letters worked before. Lower case feels better now. It's the same premise - connecting people, connecting the industry, connecting the dots for members - just with a more modern vibe.

If you're already a member, nothing about what you joined has changed. The people, the events, the standard of speaker, the calibre of conversation - all of it stays exactly as demanding and as valuable as it's always been. What's changed is that the outside finally matches the inside. You were always in the right place. Now it looks like it.
If you're not yet a member, here's the honest pitch: RecConnect isn't for every recruitment business. It's for the ones who've decided that going it alone - figuring it all out solo, learning every lesson the hard way - isn't good enough anymore. It's for owners who want a community of people who've solved the problem you're currently stuck on, and who'll tell you the truth about it rather than the version that's easy to hear. It's about common goals, support, connections, and conversations.
That's the club. That's who it's built for. The branding just finally looks like it.
