The move combines Azuki’s expertise in outsourced finance, including pay and bill, bookkeeping, credit control and Finance Director support, with Recruitment Accountants’ wider accountancy, tax, payroll and strategic advisory services.
Recruitment Accountants already supports more than 100 recruitment businesses across the UK and has spent over 15 years developing its specialist expertise in the sector.
For Azuki’s clients, the acquisition means access to a broader range of services and resources while retaining the personal relationships and support they have come to value.
The deal also forms part of TC Group’s wider growth strategy, strengthening its presence in the recruitment sector and expanding the support available to agency owners.
Poonam Mawani, Managing Director of Azuki Accounts, said: “Joining Recruitment Accountants is a really exciting step for us. It means our clients gain access to a much wider range of specialist expertise and resources, while keeping the personal relationships and service they’ve always valued.”
Stuart Hutchison, Founder of Recruitment Accountants (a division of TC Group) said: “We’re delighted to welcome Azuki Accounts and its clients into Recruitment Accountants. Their team brings real depth of experience in the recruitment sector, and this move strengthens our position as one of the leading advisers to recruitment businesses in the UK.”
The combined business will support more than 150 recruitment companies across the UK, helping them improve financial visibility, manage their operations and plan for sustainable growth.
